ABOUT DR. CARLINE CLERGE
Dr. Carline Clerge is a trusted chiropractor who has been serving Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida communities for more than 20 years.
As the Owner and Director of First Choice Chiropractic & Medical Center since 2004, she is known for her compassionate, results-focused approach—helping patients find relief, restore function, and improve overall wellness through personalized chiropractic care.
Originally from Haiti and raised in Palm Beach County, Dr. Clerge combines strong community roots with extensive academic and clinical training. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida, with a minor in Spanish, and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University School of Chiropractic.
Dr. Clerge is Webster Technique Certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), providing specialized care to support comfort and mobility during pregnancy. She is also an accredited U.S. Department of Labor chiropractic provider for employees injured on the job.

Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, Dr. Clerge connects with patients from diverse backgrounds. She continues to stay at the forefront of modern care through ongoing education and training, bringing updated techniques and resources to her patients.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Clerge is a passionate educator and community leader. She has hosted a weekly radio program focused on wellness and prevention, established a scholarship supporting underserved students pursuing healthcare careers, and remains actively involved in volunteer and missionary work.
Dr. Clerge is the proud mother of three daughters—twins Hannah and Kayla, and Anaya—and enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
