Dr. Carline Clerge is a trusted chiropractor who has been serving Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida communities for more than 20 years. As the Owner and Director of First Choice Chiropractic & Medical Center since 2004, she is known for her compassionate, results-focused approach—helping patients find relief, restore function, and improve overall wellness through personalized chiropractic care.
Originally from Haiti and raised in Palm Beach County, Dr. Clerge combines deep community roots with strong academic and clinical training. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida (with a minor in Spanish) and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University School of Chiropractic, one of the largest chiropractic colleges in the United States.
Dr. Clerge’s mission is simple: identify the root cause of each patient’s concerns and deliver individualized care that supports real healing—not just temporary relief. Over the years, she has helped countless patients dealing with auto accident injuries, slip-and-fall cases, work-related injuries, and acute or chronic pain affecting the spine and extremities, serving patients of all ages—from infants to adults.
She is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Clerge also stays at the forefront of modern care by attending continuing education seminars and training to bring updated clinical resources and technology to her patients.
Dr. Clerge is Webster Technique Certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). The Webster Technique is a gentle chiropractic approach focused on pelvic balance, commonly used to support comfort and mobility during pregnancy.
In addition to clinical care, Dr. Clerge is an accredited U.S. Department of Labor chiropractic provider for employees injured on the job. She is also a passionate educator, hosting a weekly radio broadcasting program for many years where she shares insights on chiropractic, wellness, prevention, and community topics with a wide range of guests.
A committed community leader and philanthropist, Dr. Clerge established the Dr. Carline Clerge Scholarship, supporting underserved University of South Florida students who are active in the African American community and pursuing healthcare careers. She is also a longtime volunteer at Christ Fellowship Church and participates in international missionary work. Her leadership and service have been recognized with multiple awards from various organizations.
Dr. Clerge is the proud mother of three daughters—twins Hannah and Kayla, and Anaya. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, networking, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
